On the same day the Obama administration predicted that within five years North Korea will have an ICBM capable of hitting the west coast of the U.S., and with turmoil in soon-to-be-nuclear Iran all over the news, Democrats on the Armed Services Committee thwarted Republican attempts to restore funding to our missile defense programs.
